Am I ever really ready for fall...the real answer is always NOPE!! The exciting part though is that I get to indulge in all the fashions of fall. The blazers, the boots, the cardigans, coats, jackets, and oh! the scarves!!! There are a few staples that help me transition into the fashions of fall.
The Blazer...I've always been a blazer girl...I don't know what it is about a blazer, but I just feel so fancy and chic in one. While I do have a great collection of blazers I surprisingly did not have any (okay one) oversized blazers. I picked up the Aritzia New Agency Blazer, she was so nice you already know I bought it twice. I picked up the black as well.

The wide leg slack just never gets old. I can remember buying an amazing pair of white wide leg slack from the Gap over 25 years ago. Here we are all these years later and the wide leg slack is still going strong and they are still one of my go-to pieces. Trust me you need these in your wardrobe this fall.

Light weight knits are a life saver for me, I'm always cold. During this time of year the weather is so bipolar...it's hot, it's cold. Layering these pieces are a great way to dress appropriately for this time of years temperatures from morning till night. You guys already know how we feel about the Aritzia Knit Crop Top over here, she is that girl!
The lightweight knit skirt is a great transitional piece as well. When the temperatures start to dip I pair them with opaque tights, knit tights or sometimes an over the knee sock.
